Let's Encrypt Verify error! DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up A for www.com21.com

My domain is: www.com21.com

I ran this command: I add this domain to the my new server

It produced this output: Let’s Encrypt Verify error! DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up A for www.com21.com

My web server is (include version): Debian, 8

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Debian, 8

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Kvmla.com

Hello buddies,

I am trying to move my website www.com21.com from the old server to a new one. Now, when I am trying to add the domain to the new server, it told me that “Let’s Encrypt Verify error! DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up A for www.com21.com”.

I am sure that the new DNS is working well, and I was trying ping this domain, it was working well all over the world. However, the problem is still there. I dont know how to deal with it.

Please help, thank you!

Has this problem been solved? It seems to work now.

At least 5 certificates were issued yesterday, too.

https://crt.sh/?q=www.com21.com

You won’t be able to issue any more duplicate certificates right now, but rate limiting errors produce a different message.
