Lets encrypt ssl mobile warning

My domain is:mechanic37.com

7 days ego i installed lets encrypt ssl its working fine on desktop. But mobile pages showing warning and after reload page it shows lock sign

My web server is (include version): Nginx

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):Ubuntu 20.4

My hosting provider, - digital ocean

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):yes

Your cert chain looks fine to me.

If you click the triangle icon does it show a more detailed message? What is it?

Also, is it all mobile devices or some specific ones? If specific, what system, browser, and versions of both?

UPDATE:
Welcome to the community @Neeraj365611

And, I think you may be having problems with "Mixed Content". That's when an HTTPS website has links using just HTTP://
