Lets Encrypt on Lighttpd

I am running a webserver based on lighttpd. The server works for the different domains with some subdomains, like “www.domain.de”, “sub2.domain.de”, “anothersub.anotherdomain.com”, and “anothersub2.anotherdomain.com”.
Will Let’s Encrpyt support that scenario?
And what is the best way to start configuring Let’s Encrypt for all these different virtual hosts?
