sorry I'm a new entry in this forum.
I've received in my e-mail that Let's Encrypt certificates will expire.
OK. But I'm in in vacation and the NAS is not with me. I don't have access to the NAS (is off).
Can I upgrade the certificate whwn I come back from the vacation? or what can I do?

Should be perfectly fine. Worst case is that you have to click through the warning once to go and start the certificate renewal. I wouldn't worry!
