Keep getting emails for certificate renewals although I believe I renewed them

I have one master LE certificate and within the certificate I have several subdomains with certificates. Its not a SAN like certificate – I’ve individually included all the subdomains I’ve needed.

I believe I’ve recently upgraded all the certificates for the next 90 days, however I keep getting notifications that a certificate is due for renewal. I imagine I’ve missed one of the subdomains if anything.

How do I check what actual certificate needs renewal? My master domain is gohilton.com.

Not sure this link totally answers everything but thanks for response.

Connect to the site using the cert mentioned and compare the cert expiration date.
If you can, I would also list all the certs in use and review their "coverage".
Check for overlapping names and delete any unused/unnecessary/expired certs.
