I was running the guide from the beginning: the commands done under root, were successful without problems. While the first command under zimbra initially gave me a message that the zimbra user could not read the files in those certain folders; given the necessary permissions to both files and folders to the user zimbra, the latter was able to read it but I find myself the same error that I had previously:
