I have crossed hit limit i think as there was issue with my vps and have to reinstall multiple times. Now its there any way out that i can delete all certificate issued to my domain so i can come out of rate limit band of week.

Revoking certificates does not affect the rate limits. They are based only on issuance volume, not on current validity. There is no way to reset the rate limits.
Please use the staging server rather than the production server for testing.
To find out the current status of the certificates per registered domain rate limit for a particular domain, you can use
