Invalid response 404 with Certsage on GoDaddy

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

@griffin they mention CertSage CertSage ACME client (version 1.4.1) - easy webpage interface, optimized for cPanel, no commands to type, root not required so I am tagging you.

Hi Leland :slightly_smiling_face:

Author of CertSage here.

Since CertSage (or any ACME client using an HTTP-01 challenge) cannot write/configure the challenge file(s) for simplyquality.info in a folder ("sq") under the webroot directory of a completely different domain name (emotionalcompetency.org), there's no way for the Let's Encrypt validation servers to find the challenge file(s) by visiting simplyquality.info, which will cause the validation of said file(s) to fail with a 404 (not found).
