yes

Home assistant?

Total Noob here, please bear with me. I used letsencrypt for my opy.duckdns.org and it was successful, but I have been unable to access it since then and i think that is due to my router (RT-AC68U running Merlin firmware). From my research, i have to install my ssl certificate on the router, i’m using this step here https://gist.github.com/davidbalbert/6815258

My question now is, do i put /etc/letsencrypt/live/opy.duckdns.org/fullchain.pem as SSL certificate and /etc/letsencrypt/live/opy.duckdns.org/privkey.pem as SSL key or is there another way to see those? That’s where i have been stuck since last night.

TL;DR - I was able to access home assistant before, but couldn’t again after i encrypted it. I need my SSL certificate/Key to install on my router.

Thanks.

That sounds right, although some devices don't accept bundling the intermediate certificate with the end-entity certificate, in which case you might have to use cert.pem instead of fullchain.pem (potentially producing validity warnings in some browsers). Did you try it this way?

Thanks for the quick reply. No, i didn’t try it yet. Wanted to confirm what i was doing before proceeding. I will try it when i get home today and leave an update. Thanks.
