Inappropriate Let's Encrypt certificate expiration notice

I regularly receive email notifications for expiration of one of my certificat in “10 days”… But it is a mistake! The automated renewal works fine and I don’t want to unsubscribe to this kind of usefull alert for my other domains.
Any idea?
Thanks for any help…

My domain is: cgd.patrick-lemaire.fr

My web server is (include version): Apache2

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Debian 9

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):no

Hi @plemaire,

It seems it isn't a mistake. You have issued 2 certificates covering cgd.patrick-lemaire.fr domain:

CRT ID CERT TYPE DOMAIN (CN) VALID FROM VALID TO EXPIRES IN SANs
432429194 Pre cert cgd.patrick-lemaire.fr 2018-Apr-30 17:17 UTC 2018-Jul-29 17:17 UTC 30 days cgd.patrick-lemaire.fr
                                                                                                          fncfasat.patrick-lemaire.fr
388500721 Pre cert gifod.patrick-lemaire.fr 2018-Apr-10 08:46 UTC 2018-Jul-09 08:46 UTC 9 days cgd.patrick-lemaire.fr
                                                                                                          fncfasat.patrick-lemaire.fr
                                                                                                          gifod.patrick-lemaire.fr

You are using the one covering only 2 domains and that is fine but you issued a certificate covering 3 domains and that is the reason you are receiving a mail advising the cert is going to expire (right now in 9 days). If you are not using that certificate covering the 3 domains, just ignore the mails.

Cheers,
sahsanu
