A lot of it depends on your environment, so a bit more background would be useful if you want more specific advice.

One very easy scenario is if you already offer cPanel, you can upgrade to a newer cPanel with AutoSSL and install their Let’s Encrypt add-on. Then whether or not customers can get single click SSL certificates is a cPanel setting.
