Your hosting provider offers a free wildcard cert with each package (I just saw that on their website). I also saw they describe how to use DirectAdmin to request this. It depends which package you have with them but here is one example:
It probably works best to work with them and use their forum. They know their system better than people here. If that does not work for you then you could start with these topics and post more info about what you need help with.

I have made dozens of SSL cerificates with Let's Encrypt in DirectAdmin.
Never had a problem before. But now with two domains with a .online extention it seems to go wrong.
Looks if you can't use this kind of extention with Let's Encrypt
