You can use the client with manual mode from anywhere and copy the verification files via FileZilla.

Alternatively, take a look at the list of client implementations if you can’t get the official client to run. https://gethttpsforfree.com/ might be the simplest option, although you will have to repeat those steps manually every 2-3 months.
