Hi, I need to renew the certificate but I don't know how to do it. I don't have access to the hosting cause another person was in charge. This person is no more at the company, and I'm not good in this field. I hope you can help me.

It produced this output: This site can’t be reached

Then you're going to need to sort this out with the hosting provider. Until you do, renewing the certificate is the least of your worries.
