An unexpected error occurred:
There were too many requests of a given type :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours: abc.xyz.com, retry after 2023-02-21T20:36:19Z: see Duplicate Certificate Limit - Let's Encrypt
Please see the logfiles in /var/log/letsencrypt for more details.
That's too bad, you probably shouldn't have issued so many certificates and delete them. Please see the linked documentation in the error message.
Testing and debugging are best done using the Staging Environment as the Rate Limits are much higher.
And to assist with debugging there is a great place to start is Let's Debug
Also Let's Debug is not showing any errors and not the rate limits https://letsdebug.net/abc.xyz.com/1382434.
Here is a list of issued certificates crt.sh | abc.xyz.com, presently it is the null set (i.e. ∅).
(Otherwise I would have suggested just using one of the already issued certificates.)
