I can't Start Apache2 service in Linux(termux)

sudo service apache2 start

It doesn't look like your issue is related to Let's Encrypt and this is not a generic Apache support channel.

Please find some other place to ask for help for your issue, unless it somehow is related to Let's Encrypt.

termux doesn't have real root by default. unless your phone is rooted it won't able to use privileged ports
