Https problems with Moodle

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: profluisfernandes.ddns.net

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): Apache/2.4.62 (Unix)

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): macOS Monterey (12.7.6)

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): certbot 2.11.0

Hi.
I can access my Moodle (version 4.4.1) locally with https://profluisfernandes.ddns.net/mymoodle/ but I can't access https://profluisfernandes.ddns.net/mymoodle/ from outside (my work, for instance).

I made some changes in Moodle config.php file to access my Moodle with http instead of https and now I can access from outside.

It seems that the problem is with the certificated, but here, locally, everything is ok.

Can you help me?

You need to open/forward port 443 on your server/firewall/router.

Thanks for your answer. It solve my problem. But I have my Moodle for 3 years and I never forward to port 443. I don't know what change now. I only update my Moodle.
