HTTP - get SSL Certificate fails using QNAP NAS

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: www.llanblethian.org.uk

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): QNAP WEbserver app

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

We need more information like the error you are getting, however from a glance it appears that your ISP has changed your IP address and you need to update the DNS records.

We're currently upgrading our systems to serve you better. The SSL certificate generation service will be back soon with improved features and reliability.

I have a static IP Address via my ISP BT

I'm trying to get a SSL via EncryptSSL free service using HTTP option.

FREE SSL GENERATOR

Generate SSL certificates instantly. No technical knowledge required.

Not sure what that is, but if it's a third-party website for getting Let's Encrypt certificates, you absolutely should not use it.

encryptssl.com - Does anyone know whether this site is genuine or not?

It's that type of service you should avoid.

after running sudo certbot certonly --standalone from Terminal command line on my Mac after shutting down the QNAP I get the following error: "Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to download the challenge files from the temporary standalone webserver started by Certbot on port 80. Ensure that the listed domains point to this machine and that it can accept inbound connections from the internet." Does anyone know what exactly need to do to ensure my Certbot install works to get the SSL Certificate?

These are the instruction I am following I'm stuck at point 4 - Certbot Instructions

If the certificate is for your QNAP, why not run the ACME client on the QNAP instead of on your Mac? That will make automating renewals considerably easier.

Viewed the link, thanks but this leaves me still confused. Is there a post anywhere listing exact step by step instructions where someone with QNAP's Webserver app using macOS has managed to use Certbot to install a SSL certificate and then automate said SSL certificate?
