Attempting to parse the version 0.16.0 renewal configuration file found at /etc/letsencrypt/renewal/myexampledomain.com.conf with version 0.14.2 of Certbot. This might not work.
How do I update my conf file so that this issue doesn’t occur?

Did you originally use certbot-auto and then later switch to using an operating system package? Is there some reason that you didn’t want to continue using certbot-auto?
If you post the contents of this file, I can tell you whether it contains anything that’s not backwards compatible (it probably doesn’t), and then you could edit the file to change the version number if you want so that you don’t see this warning anymore.
