it is posible to configure the certificate including the name company biside the green padlock.

Nope, that would require an “Extended Validation certificate (EV)” and Let’s Encrypt only issues “Domain-Validated (DV)” certificates.

This is because Let’s Encrypt is an automated and free service. It can only be free (as in, “free beer”) because of this automation. And EV certificates require manual verification of a lot of paperwork et cetera, because a heck of a lot more needs to be verified.

Therefore, Let’s Encrypt only issues DV certificates and those only provide a green padlock (if your site is properly set up that is ;)) and never with a green bar with your company name.
