How to report a phishing site thats using Let's Encrypt cert?

Hi!

There is a phishing site using Letsencrypt certifikate. Are there any place to report such a site so the cert can be revoked?

Short answer: No.

That's like taking a {insert unrelated item} away from someone who {insert criminal activity here}.
One thing has nothing to do with the other.

That said, there are places where you can denounce their actions.
