How to renew the SSL with www.domainname

My domain is:bfm.fju.edu.tw (bfm.fju.edu.tw is OK, and www.bfm.fju.edu.tw exipre and can not renew or add)
I ran this command: run auto SSL
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: ifastnet.com

Agreed, it's hard to know how to help without knowing the actual steps you're trying and the error messages that you're getting.

But it looks like your DNS is misconfigured, I would suggest starting there.

From www.bfm.fju.edu.tw | DNSViz which tests a lot of things, the most important to look at I think are:

  1. edu.tw has servers that don't respond:
    • edu.tw zone: The server(s) were not responsive to queries over UDP. See RFC 1035, Sec. 4.2. (2001:288:0:233::3, 2001:288:0:233::4)
  2. fju.edu.tw also has a DNS server that doesn't respond:
    • fju.edu.tw zone: The server(s) were not responsive to queries over UDP. See RFC 1035, Sec. 4.2. (122.255.93.135)
  3. And the delegation to fju.edu.tw is inconsistent:
    • edu.tw to fju.edu.tw: The following NS name(s) were found in the authoritative NS RRset, but not in the delegation NS RRset (i.e., in the edu.tw zone): nttdns.fju.edu.tw See RFC 1034, Sec. 4.2.2.
    • edu.tw to fju.edu.tw: The glue address(es) for dns2.fju.edu.tw (140.136.247.251) differed from its authoritative address(es) (140.136.200.8, 140.136.247.251). See RFC 1034, Sec. 4.2.2.
    • edu.tw to fju.edu.tw: The glue address(es) for fns2.fju.edu.tw (140.136.200.88) differed from its authoritative address(es) (140.136.200.88, 140.136.247.251). See RFC 1034, Sec. 4.2.2.

A different tool, called Let's Debug, can't resolve the name at all, likely for the same reason: Let's Debug
