I would suggest following Bitnami's Let's Encrypt instructions if you're using Bitnami:

Other stuff is less well integrated with Bitnami and might require more configuration steps that aren't as documented or aren't as obvious.

I had a brain fade and forgot to rename the certs to server.crt and server.key after getting them. As usual, this community rocks! Thanks all!
