You will first need to obtain a certificate with certbot, the official cleint( https://certbot.eff.org/ ), or one of the alternate clients
Then install the certificate on the oracle web server ( http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B14099_19/web.1012/b14009/ssl.htm )
