How do I request more limit for two certificates

I would like to know if they can at least increase the limit, because the renewal service was stopped and when we went to run it, it gave this error

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

This rate limit is for 300 new orders per 3 hours (see Rate Limits - Let's Encrypt)

With issues like this, the correct way to handle it is:

  • plan a renewal strategy that will not trigger this limit
  • wait for the rate limit to clear

The LetsEncrypt staff will occasionally increase rate-limits for some users, but they are almost always large-scale integrations that require an adjustment to operate. You can almost certainly handle your issues with proper planning and waiting a few hours.
