You have an active certificate with Cloudflare. And, your site is working fine with https with it. Can you explain more what you want the Lets Encrypt certificate for?

Can If explain more what you want the Lets Encrypt certificate for? What do I need to do for him.

Your certificate (or certificates) for the names listed below will expire in 11 days (on 28 Oct 21 11:55 +0000). Please make sure to renew your certificate before then, or visitors to your web site will encounter errors.

We recommend renewing certificates automatically when they have a third of their total lifetime left. For Let's Encrypt's current 90-day certificates, that means renewing 30 days before expiration.

Your site is using a cert from Cloudflare which does not expire until Jul29 2022. Are you still using the cert from Lets Encrypt that you got in July and the renewal email is describing? For example, are you using it for https between Cloudflare CDN and your origin server like Cloudflare Full SSL or similar?

If you are not using it anymore, you can just ignore the renewal warning email.

I have used free version CloudFire API for free till 2022. Can I need the paid version of SSL certificate?

I do not know all the Cloudflare options. You could try their community at: https://community.cloudflare.com/

Lets Encrypt does not offer paid certificates. You created one in July so you know how to do that. I am sorry but I am not sure what more I can do.
