My sub domain is car-source.ieng.tech The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): windows server 2019. My hosting provider, if applicable, is Hostpapa. I'm using a control panel to manage my site. I'm a beginner on this topic. Your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Either you need to use a built-in solution from your hosting provider (like AutoSSL) or you need to install an ACME client. Below is a link to the recommended one. There is a lot of documentation with examples there to get you started. Which ACME client is best for you depends upon your operating system and webserver software (e.g. apache, linux).
