Hi,
It seems like you’ll need to pass the full chain instead of the single end-entity certificate in your web server response.
If you use Nginx or Apache, please use the full chain file instead of the cert file.
Thank you

Hi,
Sorry but I (personally) don’t offer helps hands on.
It might be better to hire someone or figure out this issue by yourself.
Maybe @JuergenAuer can help?
Thank you

Hi @stevenzhu
your answer is complete. That’s all.
Hi @razaul_mon
you have to use fullchain.pem instead of cert.pem.
That’s a known configuration of the Ookla speedtest.
