How do I check what is missing?

My domain is: www.santamaria.cl

I ran this command: I tried to open up the website

It produced this output: didn't come up

My web server is (include version): IIS 10.0 Version 10.0

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Datacenter Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Amazon LightSail

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): don't know

I have installed Let's Encrypt following this win-acme

All seems to have gone thru fine but the website doesn't come up with https

That is the 1st time I am installing such a thing on a server

Step #1: Open port 443 through all firewalls
[don't forget that AWS has a firewall too]
