My domain is: iamafard.ir
I ran this command: certbot certonly --standalone --preferred-challenges http -d fed.iamafard.ir
It produced this output:
The operating system my web server runs on is Ubuntu 22.04
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: parspack.com
I can login to a root shell on my machine
I'm using webmin control panel
The version of my client is certbot 2.9.0

Hi @aFard , and welcome to the LE community forum
The base domain resolves to an IP, but the fed
subdomain does not.
In order to obtain a cert from an trusted CA, you must prove control of that name.
HTTP-01
authentication requires access to your site over the Internet.
The Internet can't reach such a name.
How is anyone going to reach your site?
