Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

I have no idea... The non profit site is hosted on Zoho and we got the cerificate automatically applied to the site and it was fine for the past 4 years... all of the sudden this week the site is not working..
Where would I even find the settings? Our web person is out of the country so we can't get help from him until he gets back in a month or so... trying to fix this sooner..
Hey - so I went to settings to the SSL link and there is a link to Get SSL certificate - I have clicked this like 20 times now... every time it takes 35 minutes... and then comes back with an ERROR message every time.... IRRITATING
this is what it says below it the Get SSL Certificate button:
SSL is issued by Let's Encrypt. This option automatically installs SSL on your site. Disclaimer: Installing this certificate depends on its availability from Let's Encrypt.
Hi Bruce - what does this mean?
the URL is hosted on Ionos.com and website is hosted on Zoho
Not sure why all the re-directs....
Definitely not anything that I did...
I manage that site. We are a children's foundation so no funds for a web person
but the only way this has happened is because either 1) there is something up with ZOHO or 2) because I clicked on the Get SSL Certificate like 30 times now to try to get it downloaded from Let's Encrypt..
