Help renewing certificate

Having been passed the task of upkeep on a new site (in development - currently halted) and not having had prior experience in this field I found erans2010’s question was exactly what I was looking for.
However, Juergens reply didn’t help me at all.

I’ve got 3 days to renew a certificate and absolutely no idea where/how to start.

Hi Graeme,

We ask that you fill out the below template when asking for help. There’s no one size fits all advice (besides what you see at https://certbot.eff.org/).

If the Certbot website isn’t sufficient for you to get started, then we need to get additional information to guide you.

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):

Call it pure luck; but you seem to have already started.
And found a very good place to start.

Now if you could just help us to help you... see post ^above^
