Help migration let's encrypt certificate

hello.
I need to move all my domains on a new server.
I try just changed dns and move repertory but i have this error
Erreur: Impossible d’émettre le certificat SSL/TLS Let’s Encrypt pour grandepharmaciedesfacultes.fr.
Le token d’autorisation n’est pas disponible à l’adresse http://grandepharmaciedesfacultes.fr/.well-known/acme-challenge/OAFovwRj2YvoQh2oTdYGGQPs-r1GW4-fBFqg3mCBqCY.
Pour résoudre ce problème, autorisez le téléchargement du fichier du token via l’URL mentionnée ci-dessus.

All my dns propagation are good and ipv4 and ipv6 ok.
nslookup is pointing in my new server

Can any help me plz?

There is a letsencrypt-certificate with three names

DNS-Name: grandepharmaciedesfacultes.fr
DNS-Name: webmail.grandepharmaciedesfacultes.fr
DNS-Name: www.grandepharmaciedesfacultes.fr

valid from 2018-06-21 - last Thursday. Isn’t it possible to copy the certificate and the private key, so you can reuse it?

How can i do it?
If i copy on new server certificate, let’s encrypt extension on my plesk don’t see it.

Hi @nicolasedot

I’m guessing that your new server is using IPV4 address of 193...220. however the issue is, you have an IPV6 address configtured 2001:****:8:ed**::1 and that address either not allocated to the new server or it’s not added to your plesk.

The easiest way to resolve this issue is to remove the IPV6 address from your DNS records. Or you could try to change the IPV6 address and make it accessible. (Now is returning 403 to all requests… And I really don’t understand french)
