Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Welcome @ondablu

Do you own the site www.labikimania.com ?

Because it uses a cert that expired in Aug of 2021 (more than a year ago).

Do you know how you got your original cert? Did your hosting service help with that?

We won't be able to say much more without more info. Please answer the questions on the form you were shown as best you can. Just edit your original post or make a new post with more info. Thanks

Is that http://aidahost.com/ ? Because if so, I'd run away from them fast. It seems there're not even able to secure their own site

The site is owned by me but it was run by a company that I can no longer find and that has the keys to the server. I would like to know if there is a way to renew the security certificate. As developers they have always taken care of everything and I don't know how to get it back. Not so much for the e-commerce, but for the product configurator that is inside and that really cost me a lot of money.

I suggest moving to a new hosting provider company.

Sure, but what can I do if I don't have access to the control panel of the current hosting service?

Even if you could get a certificate, without access to the server you wouldn't be able to install it. I don't think people here will be able to help you. You need to contact the hosting service or whomever has the credentials. Once you have control over the server, people here can help you figure out why the automatic renewal of the certificate isn't working.

Find a new hosting company you like and ask their support team how to transfer to them, I bet they will be more than willing to help.
