Has anyone managed to put Let's encrypt on a BT website

I'm going round in circles. Does anyone know how I can put Let's encrypt SSL onto a website which is being hosted by BT. I can generate a certificate from BT but I just don't know how to generate a certificate to go onto BT's website. I can't access SSH as the website won't let me access it.

Thanks

There are a few posts in the archive for "British Telecom". One might be able to help you.

I'd consider moving host. A BT site is probably just a basic ISP hosted webspace dating back to the 90s. If you're using their "Professional/Advanced" hosting you can indeed set up a certificate but you need to use their CSR file How do I setup and use a Private (Vanity) or generic SSL certificate? | BT Business
