Getting error while issue the certificate

I ran this command:try to issue cert

It produced this output:Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate for mrhfoods.com

That is exactly as is sounds "Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem)".
Have you checked the firewall?

From around the world connection results are not consistent Permanent link to this check report
Some being "OK", others being "Connection timed out".
The server seems a bit intermittent.
