Get error REF 5401, then now REF 5017

I read the previous posts, saw the video, and did those steps, but nothing seems to change. I was getting the error "REF 5401 Data not received. please try again" Now I get " maximum limit reached for this domain name error REF5017" I never have gotten even one certificate, and was asked to please try again

My domain is:"lenscloud.myasustor.com"

I ran this command: software on NAS

It produced this output: errors only

My web server is (include version):AS202TE

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

that error code sounds like it's ratelimited.but crt.sh said CAs never signe a certificate for that domain: I think that client is broken in some way

edit: or crt.sh is potatoed

Asustor's tutorial says they can use DNS-01 challange for their free ddns subdomains, so I don't think that's the reason: but still want to open ports: otherwise they won't able to connect anyway

Thanks. Then nevermind my post. You may not even need port 80 open and 443 won't be needed until you get a cert.
