Is it possible to have one LetsEncrypt cert with two domains when using the wizard in the FortiGate GUI?

We have two WANs to our firewall, and an SSL-VPN portal listening on both interfaces for redundancy.
vpn.domain.com for primary and vpn2.domain.com for the backup. However, when creating the LetsEncrypt cert, only one domain is allowed in the domain field. Resulting in the only the primary domain being used by LetsEncrypt.
