Title: Failed to create order: too many certificates already issued

Hello,
I received this error when trying to issue a new certificate for my domain:

"Failed to create order: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of identifiers in the last 168h..."

Domain: system5.tab-erp.com
Server: Windows Server 2019
Tool: TSplus built-in Let's Encrypt integration

I would like to understand when I can retry, and if there’s a way to avoid hitting the rate limit in the future.
Thank you!

See Rate Limits - Let's Encrypt.

Please use one of the previously issued 5 certificates and don't re-issue certificates unnecessarily.

Why is there almost DAILY a certificate issued for this domain: https://crt.sh/?deduplicate=Y&q=system5.tab-erp.com

You really should fix this ASAP!

The rest of the error message should tell you exactly when you can obtain yet another certificate.

Yes, by not getting a new certificate almost every day. A cert is good for 90 days. In normal use, it should be renewed after 60 days. There's no valid reason to be issuing new certs daily.

According to: Free and Easy-to-install HTTPS Certificate | TSplus Documentation ®

You can reuse an existing certificate (you should have one at C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\webserver) and there is a log file you can look at for more info.

Just at guess I'd say it's acquiring the cert but either not managing to save it to disk or not recording the last renewal status, becuase for some reason it keep strying again even though it already succeed. Check you have enough disk space etc and the paths are writeable.
