Expiry Bot: Removing old certificate

I keep getting Expiry Bot emails for my old certificate. I have add and removed some subdomains, so I presume that I am using a new certificate, and can safely ignore these emails. If this is the case:

  • How do I kill off the old certificate?
  • How do I check whether the current certificate is really due for renewal?

My domain is: manngo.net

I ran this command: certbot renew -q

My web server is (include version): Apache 2.4.37

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Centos 8

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): 1.5.0

If you only modified your previous certificate, there is nothing to "kill". Just ignore the e-mails, it's unfortunate you're getting those, but Let's Encrypt doesn't know you don't use your previous cert any longer.
