Hello Support, I am the first time to access this forum, I am currently want to create a test environment with Exchange 2016, may I know if the certificates from Let’s Encrypt is available.suitable for Exchange 2016? And how can I got multiple domains from one certificate? like mail.contoso.com, autodiscover.contoso.com, contoso.com etc?

Please suggest, any help would be appreciated!

Yes, as long as you are looking for a TLS certificate, not S/MIME.

You'll need to pick a ACME client first, install it on that machine and use that client to issue certificates that contain multiple SANs. You can also issue a wildcard certificate (that will cover *.contoso.com) if needed.

You can read Getting started to learn more about this: Getting Started - Let's Encrypt
Then you can pick a client from ACME Client Implementations - Let's Encrypt or anywhere else.
