Errors when Renewing Security Certificate for VPS Ubuntu 14.04

My platforms certificate got expired a few days back and on renewing it i get these errors below.

I ran this command: sudo /usr/local/bin/certbot-auto --apache

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): certbot 1.1.0

My guess is that the ppa.launchpad,net information in your repo is outdated.
I would try removing it and adding it back with current info.
[see if that removes the 403 forbidden errors]
[if NOT, maybe it’s time to let go of 14.04 - for something newer]
