Error when installing certificate

Hello everyone, I'm installing a certificate in a new subdomain I created and Im having some issues.

This the message I see when I try to install the certificate:

Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz-v3/14446454928.
Details:
Type: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:connection
Status: 400
Detail: Fetching https://secure.totemguard.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/8bkLARNtY-2bXxO76fbq96lILgjmAIiuuoKqNKGt-Is: Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem)

I've tried to remove the AAA IPV6 but it does not work.

With the rest of subdomains there's no problem I can renew the certificates.

I appricaite any help you guys can provide :slight_smile:

Thanks a lot for your help!

Could you please show us the error message (including that authz URL) you get after removing the AAAA IPv6 address?

Hello, thanks for your message, I thought I only needed to remove the IPv6 entry but it looks like I had to remove every single AAA entry that was using the ipv6 address

I still see the IPv6 address:

Name:      secure.totemguard.com
Addresses: 2001:41d0:303:13b8::
           79.137.66.184

And it is unresponsive.
