How do i fix this error, so i can succesfully issue a Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for my domain jksbordplade.dk ?

That depends on the exact cause of the 404 error.
Which could be any number of things.
In order to figure that out, maybe you could answer a few questions:
Exactly what was the Let's Encrypt command line you tried?
How are "jksbordplade.dk" and "jk-staal.dk" related? Did you try to get certs for more than one domain?
Which O/S are you using? (and version)
Which LE client are you using? (and version)
