Error message during installation on Plesk

My operating system is (include version): Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS‬ (on my pc i use windows 10)

My web server is (include version): vps

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): no

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): yes it is Plesk version 12.5.30

Hello, i get an error message when i try to install let’s encrypt on my vps via Plesk panel.
Here is the message :
