SSL Certificate installation failed

I ran this command: Installing let’s encrypt SSL via plesk onyx

It produced this output:

Do you have a firewall or anything preventing access to your server ? I get connection refused on your domain

$ curl -I pascalserver.com
curl: (7) Failed to connect to pascalserver.com port 80: Connection refused
