Error creating new order. Multiple domains. 429

My domain is: ronix.ru

I ran this command: 1. Configure "Let's encrypt" certificate

It produced this output: /home/bitrix/dehydrated_update.log
{
"type": "urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited",
"detail": "Error creating new order :: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours: ronix.ru, retry after 2022-12-08T15:23:50Z: see Duplicate Certificate Limit - Let's Encrypt",
"status": 429
}

My web server is (include version): nginx/1.20.2

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Linux allsites 3.10.0-1160.80.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Nov 8 15:48:59 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Bitrix virtual appliance version 7.5.2

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: TimeWeb

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Bitrix 22.375.0

My question:
On Duplicate Certificate Limit - Let's Encrypt specified "The “exact set” that this error refers to is the set of hostnames requested for this certificate". Do I understand correctly that this means that the restriction applies only to the domain specified in the error. I'm trying to create a certificate for another domain "swilar.ru", but in the log file on the path "/home/bitrix/dehydrated_update.log" the error points to the domain "ronix.ru". Should I just wait until the time specified in the file?

Yes

Then something went wrong in your request. Check your Bitrix configuration. You will not receive errors about a different domain than you request.

No. You must find out why your request for swilar.ru was not correct.

ALSO, you create many certs for various domain names and combinations. You should review your process to avoid unnecessary certs. The Let's Debug Search tool (link here) is helpful to see your certs.

Please for testing and debugging use the Staging Environment as the Rate Limits are much higher. Rate Limits are per week (rolling).

And to assist with debugging there is a great place to start is Let's Debug.
