Domain redirect certificate

I have a unique issue apparently. I have a domain name purchased from GoDaddy. Within the GoDaddy terminal you are able to use "Forwarding" to another webpage. We have used this to redirect to another website. The website redirected to works fine with http and https so the problem is isolated to our domain/redirect when trying to use https://fillaplate.org. I found out that GoDaddy does not support https forwarding at this time. Is there any sort of workaround to associate a certificate with the domain name itself? Thank you for your assistance!

My domain is: fillaplate.org

I ran this command: https://fillaplate.org

It produced this output: Privacy error

My web server is (include version): N/A

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): N/A

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: N/A

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): N/A

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): N/A (domain name only)

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): N/A (domain name only)

The only way you can handle this is by hosting the domain you want forwarded.

If you can not host it yourself, you can look for services that do.

For example, you could transfer the DNS (and registration renewal!) to a Cloudflare free plan, and use a Page Rule to handle the forwarding.
