We got same probem, rbc.ru domain is blacklisted. rbc.ru is not related to rbc.com and to such bank. How can we get unlock ?

Apologies that this thread was missed. I’ll look into this for you. I believe that we can accommodate issuing for this domain, it appears to have been caught as a permutation of the RBC bank incorrectly (as you note!).
I will advise on this thread when the required change has been made. It typically takes 5-14 days.
