Dns validation shows error

Validation of the required challenges did not complete successfully. DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.htgw.hammertech.us - check that a DNS record exists for this domain

My domain is: htgw.hammertech.us

I ran this command:

My web server is (include version): IIS

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): windows Server 2019

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: GoDaddy

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

I guess you are using Certify the Web?

Did you follow the instructions for "DNS Validation" here and set up your GoDaddy DNS provider credentials?

I am using Certify the Web, I'll check the guide and see how it goes, thanks for the response.

Yup, that guide was useful and I was able to make dns validation to work
